Larch & Lions Park Real Estate

Larch and Lions Park are neighbouring communities on the northwest side of downtown Canmore consisting mostly of single-family, detached dwellings.  These residential areas are popular with local families due to their central location and perceived value.  Construction of homes in these communities date back to the 1970's and 80's and feature large lots with easy access to local amenities including the Canmore Curling Club, the high school and recreation centre.  The area has seen some redevelopment recently with some homeowners demolishing old houses and replacing with modern dwellings.  The Hawks Bend Affordable Housing Development is also currently under construction on the Old Daycare lands that will provide long term housing solutions for local residents.
